All the animals you see here have been rescued by us at Bizzypets. We were very lucky to have moved to a smallholding 8 years ago and be able to fullfill our life time dream to rescue animals that badly need a new safe start in life.

All our animals provide us with so much love, fun and pleasure, one day is never the same as the next. This is just a snippet of some of their stories.

We rescued Noddy when he was 12 weeks old he was orphaned and not living in a very nice place. At the same place we saw George (goat) and Chunky (pot bellied pig). We couldn't take one and not the others, so all three came home. As you can see Noddy has gone from strength to strength and has now been joined by Imp, Twiggy and Costas who was rescued from Greece by Sussex Horse Rescue. They then got in touch with us and the rest is history.  

All the donkeys think it's hilarious to run off with anything they can including the farriers tools, and leaving them as far away as possible while we go and pick them up. Well it's exercise for us I guess.

Our Sheep were acquired by me when I went to just look at how an auction works and to this day I don't know how I came to bid for them. Some have been given to us as orphan lambs.

Our chicken collection started at 5 but we saw ExBattery ones advertised,  went to get another 5 and came away crying at the state they were in with 35. It would have been more, but we ran out of room in the car. To see the change in them in just a matter of weeks is fantastic. They go from nearly bald, nervous wrecks to beautiful feathered cheeky (they get into everything including the dogs beds whilst they are still in them) birds.

 We also have 6 dogs, 3 cats,  7 ducks,  4 goats,  a goose, a budgie and a huge vet bill. I'm sure there will be more animals to come and we will keep you posted on any new arrivals.
